Needless to say, the night of December 14, 2010 did me in. Too much fun!!! I woke up still spinning from the night before. In fact, I cancelled our scuba trip and just hung out around the villa most of the day. We took a walk on the beach and went to the gym later in the day. I did about 35 minutes of nice intense-like cardio. But, it was a lazy day for the most part!!
Our night plans incluced eating at the Wine Cellar dinner. I still wasn't up for any more alcohol, but it didn't really work out to not drink at a wine tasting...I just moderated!
We arrived at about 7:30pm, and were immediately treated to a glass of champagne, over looking the beach. It was awesome! At the dinner, we had 7 courses and tasted about 9 or 10 different wines. Eric was pretty happy at the end!! The food was great and the service--superb! The dinner lasted 4 hours, though--so I was really glad to get home. Eric was tipsy, and we both went to bed as soon as we got home!
